HDTV?

I just don't get the HDTV obsession.

I mean, I have a REALY cheap tv (like it was $170 or something -- the cheapest I could find that I could still connect to my computer) and I never am watching a show going "wow this would be way better if I could see things better...it makes me sad that the images are pixelated." I mean they aren't! I feel like my tv has the same quality as real life and you all know I'm fussy!

HDTV is just NOT a gadget I'm on board with.
